> Section 37 Authorizations

Under section 37 of the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), if an organization asks, we may authorize the organization to disregard access requests that, because of their repetitious or systematic nature, would unreasonably interfere with the operations of the organization. Section 37 also allows us to issue such an authorization for frivolous or vexatious access requests.
